Welcome to the Summer Menu!
Our menu follows the national guidelines ensuring pupils are provided with a healthy balanced diet. This menu is more about ethically eating. Eating sustainably has an impact, not only on the environment, but on our health.
I am reducing the meat on the menu and becoming flexitarian.
I am making vegetables more exciting by marinating them, roasting, dressing (e.g. steamed kale, dressing in olive oil and lemon) and making soups. My focus as always is the pleasure of eating which I create through a harmony of flavours.
